What Is The Million Dollar Facial

Million Dollar Facial is a luxurious facial where science meets indulgence.

Working your skin from the outside, in; this treatment has been designed to deeply exfoliate dead skin cells and remove non-terminal hair, polish the skin, flush out toxins, increase cell turnover and stimulate our natural collagen production.

The Million Dollar Facial treatment is a 10-step unique protocol which combines dermaplaning, microneedling and lymphatic drainage massage to leave you looking and feeling a million dollars.

This treatment will heavily increase the absorption of any active ingredients by upto 80% as apposed to only 8%, this is why we use a hyaluronic acid mask for maximum results.

This facial will help to target pigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, dull skin and scarring. Combating and reducing signs of aging, revealing a smooth and more even toned complexion.

It is the epitome of luxury with MILLION DOLLAR results.

* Skin analysis enabling a better home care plan and a greater understanding of their own skin's needs.

* Increased absorption levels of up to 80% as apposed to 8 to 10%

* Helping the lymphatic system flow and ridding of any toxins, puffiness around the eyes etc.

* Reduces scarring.

* Reduces pigmentation.

* All methods of this facial, when put together give maximum results that can be seen instantly, results are also ongoing during the cycle of skin healing.

* Reduces appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

* Increases collagen production.

What Is Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is a cosmetic procedure using a surgical blade that removes the top layers of your skin and aims to improve fine lines and wrinkles and deep acne scarring, as well as make the skin's surface look smooth.

Dermaplaning is safe for most people, with little risk of side effects when it is performed by a platinum technician. This procedure doesn't require any downtime for recovery, which makes it extremely convenient. It is effective for people looking to make their skin appear more youthful, smoother and brighter.

This treatment aims to improve deep scarring from acne and uneven pockmarks on the skin. It's also used to remove "peach fuzz" the short, soft vellus hair on your face.

Dermaplaning can be used for any skin type and anyone with:

acne scars

dull skin

dry skin

sun-damaged skin

fine lines & wrinkles

What To Expect After Dermaplaning

You don't need to plan any downtime to recover from a Dermaplane treatment. You may experience redness or feel like your skin is dry and flakey in the two or three days following the treatment.

You may notice that your skin looks brighter immediately after your treatment, but it often takes a few days to appreciate the full results. As any redness subsides, you'll be able to see the results more clearly in the days afterwards.

Results are not permanent. The procedure can clear away up to 3 - 4 weeks worth of dead skin cells. After three weeks to a month, your results will have faded.

After a dermaplaning treatment, you'll need to be extra careful about sun exposure. Sun damage could reverse the effects of dermaplaning, or create pigment blotches on the freshly uncovered skin cells. In the weeks after a Dermaplaning treatment, don't leave the house without wearing at least a factor 30 sunscreen on your face.

What Is Microneedling

Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that is used to treat skin concerns such as acne scarring, stretch marks, age spots, fine lines and wrinkles, large pores, reduced skin elasticity and uneven skin tone.

Microneedling is a procedure that uses small needles to prick the skin. The idea is that pinpricks from the device cause slight injury to the skin and the skin responds by making new collagen tissue for smoother, firmer and more toned skin. It's normal for the skin to lose collagen via age or injury. It is mostly used on the face but can be used on the body to treat stretch marks.

Microneedling is minimally invasive, requiring no downtime.

It's considered safe for most people who are in overall good health. The procedure isn't safe for people who use certain acne medications or for women who are pregnant.

You'll experience minor redness and irritation for a few days after the procedure.

What To Expect After Microneedling

Microneedling isn't invasive like plastic surgery, so the recovery time is minimal, most people require very little downtime, if any at all.

You may notice skin irritation and redness within the first few days following the procedure. This is a natural response to the small "injuries" made by the needles on your skin.

You can go back to work after the procedure if you're comfortable. Some people apply camouflaging makeup during the first few days as the redness dissipates.

Your skin will also be more sensitive to the sun, so SPF 50 is a must.

After Microneedling, your skin works fairly quickly to rejuvenate new tissue. In theory, you should see results within a couple of weeks.

To maintain the results of your treatment, you'll need multiple sessions and perhaps other complimenting treatments for best results.
